Become a mentor in January

January is National Mentoring Month, and Summit County Mountain Mentors is once again honoring the great work of their incredible mentors. This year is extra special because Mentors is also celebrating its 25th year of operation. A huge thank you to all the community members and businesses that have supported the program for the past 25 years through donations and volunteering their time!

So, in honor of National Mentoring Month, thank your mentor, or better yet, become one. With more youth involved then ever before, the program is looking to the community to step up to become a mentor to one of the 75 youth on the waitlist for a mentor!

If you like having fun and would be willing to include a child in your life for eight hours a month, give us a call. We would love to talk with you more about the program. Call (970) 668-9184 or email sarahp@co.summit.co.us for more info or visit the Mountain Mentors tab on www.summitcares.org.
